Ordering & Same-Day Delivery

What is the cut-off time for same-day flower delivery?

Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM NZ time to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.

How much does delivery cost, and when will my flowers arrive?

Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout. For same-day orders placed before 1:00 PM NZ time, we aim to deliver between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the same day. Morning delivery windows may be available for select areas — please contact us to confirm.

Which areas do you deliver to in New Zealand?

We deliver to all major cities and many suburban areas across New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Dunedin, Tauranga, Napier, Hastings, Lower Hutt, and more. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability in your area.

Delivery & Recipient

What happens if the recipient is not home when the flowers are delivered?

If no one is home, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe and sheltered spot (such as a covered porch or doorstep) where they will be protected from direct sunlight. A delivery notification will be left at the door. For high-value orders, please contact us to arrange redelivery.

Can I request contactless delivery?

Yes. All deliveries can be made contactlessly. Our drivers will leave the arrangement at the door and notify the recipient. Simply add a note at checkout if you have specific delivery instructions.

Product & Quality

What is your substitution policy?

We always aim to deliver the exact arrangement shown. If a specific flower or colour is temporarily unavailable, we may substitute with a product of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and feel of the arrangement. We will always notify you of any significant substitution before delivery.

Do you guarantee the freshness of your flowers?

Yes. All our flowers are sourced fresh and arranged by local florists close to the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Can I include a personalised card message with my order?

Absolutely. During checkout you will have the option to add a personal message. Your message will be printed on a card and included with the arrangement at no extra charge.

Do you cater for corporate flower orders?

How do I ensure timely delivery for sympathy or funeral flowers?
