Flower care and handling
Your flowers travel in bud so they open in the recipient’s home rather than in transit. Expect them to look their best two to three days after delivery.
- Trim two centimetres off each stem at an angle before the first arrangement.
- Use clean, room-temperature water and the sachet of flower food included.
- Change the water every two days, re-trimming the stems each time.
- Keep away from direct sun, heat pumps and ripening fruit.

Regular, Deluxe or Supersize?
Every size follows the same design — the larger sizes are simply built with more stems. Deluxe (24 stems) adds 4 more red roses and 1 more stem of salal lemon leaf. Supersize (29 stems) adds 8 more red roses and 2 more stems of salal lemon leaf, for the fullest and most generous version of this arrangement.
